I come from India and ever since I started to develop my sense of ambition I wanted to do something with computer applications. So much so that even after doing a masters in Philosophy I ended up doing a Masters in Computers. However as the destiny be, I ended up marrying a software professional and we started to move around wherever my husband’s job would take him – across Kolkata (India), Krakow (Poland) and now finally in Lausanne (Switzerland). While we were travelling even though it was difficult to hold on to any permanent job, I started to freelance and take on small projects.
Through a serendipitous encounter, I came to meet Adil Nowbuth, an entrepreneurial spirit, who gave me a chance to develop his eCommerce portal for introducing Ayurvedic products in Switzerland. Without any prior experience, it took me two months to learn, design and develop a website which introduced for the first time Ayurvedic Teas in Switzerland. I will ever remain so grateful his kindred spirit and encouragement. Later I underwent intensive technical training to attain an advanced knowledge of web design and WordPress. Since then I have designed and developed websites for Non profit welfare societies, to children’s day care to restaurants. And my passion only grows stronger.
